Mushberry was founded on a simple belief: skincare should work in harmony with both your body and the planet.
Where it began
A different way to think about skincare.
Mushberry grew from a fascination with the space where nature, formulation and resourcefulness meet.
As awareness around sustainability and skin health continued to grow, founder Josh Evans saw an opportunity to create an active formula with both in mind. His experience around laboratories and flavour development had already given him an appreciation for how natural ingredients behave, work together and reveal value in places others might overlook.
That curiosity led him to functional mushrooms and rescued berry seeds—two very different ingredient families, united by their richness and remarkable potential. The result is a natural blend unlike any other: considered skincare made with care in the UK.

Josh Evans
Founder & formulator
Josh’s path to skincare began with ingredients. His earlier work in laboratory and flavour environments gave him an appreciation for precision, sensory detail and the quiet discipline behind a well-balanced formula.
With Mushberry, he wanted to apply that mindset to something personal: a product that felt luxurious to use, made intelligent use of British-grown and rescued ingredients, and remained refreshingly uncomplicated.
The name came to him one evening while making scrambled eggs on toast. Modern, catchy, a little different and fun, “Mushberry” captured the meeting of mushrooms and berries at the heart of the formula—and it stuck.

Purposeful ingredients
Every ingredient earns its place. Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps extracts are grown and infused in Yorkshire, bringing provenance and purpose to every bottle.
Resourceful by nature
Our cold-pressed blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and blackberry seed oils are rescued from jam production. The pressed seeds then find a third life in natural body scrubs and animal feed, making them zero-waste as well as upcycled.
Small-batch care
Crafted with care in small batches in the UK, Mushberry is vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and made without palm oil or artificial nasties.
